Bought this fridge about a year and half ago. Draws break constantly shelfs keep breaking not happy about it. It also makes loud noiese.

Works really well at keeping things cold, very happy with that, but plan on replacing plastic shelves and the frame above the crisper drawers as they will break easily. Plan to spend at least $35 per bin and $50+ for frames. Very unfortunate.

I™™ve only had this refrigerator for 6 months and the door compartment broke after I placed a gallon of milk on it! It™™s advertised to be able to hold a gallon of milk™¦ I guess not!

From the time it was installed and delivery guys gone. I was NOT HAPPY! (I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES, and I don't want to fight. The doors were not hung correctly. I can't figure out how and it was scraping medal hinge. Withing the first 2 maybe 3 months dispensing crushed ice looks to have broke/ bent inside metal wheel. It's suppose to be made for this, really. It failed. Now can you fix defective ice maker

On 04/09/21 I purchased this refrigerator along with an extended warranty. I have had nothing but problems with this fridge. First at 4am the loudest noise and had to disconnect to stop. After numerous times on hold for repair was advised warranty do not over food loss and had to wait 4 days for repair. Next, this fridge was so hot to the touch, icemaker broke and the vent in the rear actually separated from the fridge. Had to wait over 10 days for repair and was told the heat coming from this was normal??? I have contacted frigidaire 8 times and received a reply in email advising me some will contact me in 2 to 3 days. I still have not been contacted by anyone. I was also asked by repair when I complained about the time frame I had to wait for someone to come to my home if I have another fridge I could put my food into? I am a 70 year old female and I am so afraid this fridge is going to go on fire due to the extreme heat and complaints I have read online where it actually did. Similar issues with side by side frigidaire refrigerators have actually had class action suits filed for the same issues. This appliance should be recalled and no store should be allowed to sell this refrigerator. I want to return this appliance immediately and receive a refund Again, this is the 9th time I am trying to contact you, 8 times through email which you did receive and I have your replies if you need them.

The unit came with our new townhome. The ice dispenser has not worked since day one. The lever that the ice is supposed to raise and stop ice production once full doesn't work. The lever only goes up with manual movement. It's undoubtedly a contractor-grade model.

All produce, deli meat and leftovers go bad quickly in this refrigerator. The lack of adjustments on the crisper is one thing, but the inability for this model to control moisture makes this one of the worst appliance purchases I have ever made. The only thing this refrigerator is good for is keeping drinks cold in the garage and for that you could spend a lot less money. If I could take it back, I most certainly would!!

We just got this new fridge and was excited because the old one did not work. And like any other person would for obvious reasons, we opened the fridge after it was installed. This simple action caused the fridge to beep constantly and not stop. It beeps 3 times before stopping and beeps again. The span time between the beeps are short. There is also a ™door open™ message on the fridge along with the beeping. We figured out a way to make it stop but only for about 10 minutes before it starts beeping again. Which is pressing the ice options. If anyone could kindly please tell me how we could fix this, that would be great.

Fridge compartment has a 2 1/2 foot gap that you would have to buy a separate shelf (a hundred dollars) to use, fridge is NOISY, and the replacement light bulb costs $72. No, it's not a "longer lasting bulb" either.Never again with Frigidaire

We purchased the Gallery Series counter depth refrigerator in August 2019 from a local small town appliance store. Since our purchase, the ice maker has been completely replaced 3 times. The 1st time it was replaced was less than 2 weeks after we purchased our refrigerator. Not only had it been replaced 3times, they store has sent someone to work on it several other times. It is now again NOT working. We have also reached out to the appliance store on 2 occasions about it freezing vegetables in the bottom bin. they keep telling us to ™cut the temperature down.™ But, when we do that we have milk and sandwich meats spoiling.We don™™t know what to do at this point. My husband and I are in our late 60™™s. It™™s not like we have kids messing with it or others abusing it. And, we can™™t afford to totally replace refrigerator when it is less than 2 years oldPlease help. We don™™t know what to do.

This fridge is only as good as it™™s weakest parts, it™™s shelves. Just spent $300 on a plastic shelf frame and all the 4 shelves in the door. One door shelf completely broke while the others all have cracks. The glass shelf plastic frame also gave way that is also the guide for the meat drawer. I guess we shouldn™™t keep heavy gallons of milk on any shelf. Maybe this is an expense I should expect every 4 years or I should I get a new fridge. Just paid a third of the new fridge cost. Disappointing that fragile plastic costs so much and this fridge is so poorly made.

First the refrigerator is only 3.5 years old. Since purchase, the ice maker has not worked properly. It does not shut off when it is full. The crushed ice dispenser on the door spit out the gear that chops ice so that no longer works. Finally, we have broken at least 4 of the plastic shelves in the door. They are weak and poor design.

I bought this refrigerator 7 weeks ago and it always has large amount of condensation inside the refrigerator. I changed the thermostat setting couple times but can't stop condensation. I have just found out that the bottom half of the refrigerator door never completely closed and top right door hinge is not installed correctly. Lesson learn: Need to carefully inspect the unit before the delivery/installation crew leave.

I purchased this side by side from Home Depot on Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday. The delivery crew were nice, and had to remove the handles to fit it through the door. They reassembled it, and I plugged it in. It began beeping 5 times. I waited an hour, then unplugged, and reset it. Still beeps. I put my food in it, hooked up the water line, and everything is cold, but beep beep beep. I didn't even notice that the was no toe grill upon arrival. I called home depot, and they gave me a $75 credit to order one, because they had no idea where it was either. I called the service center, and after a brief 10 minute hold, the rep came back to tell me that there are no service centers within my zipcode. I'm within 45 minutes of Olympia, so I don't know why there wouldn't be any center within reason. They will call me back within 5 days, and let me know if they can help me. If not, I'll return it to Home Depot, and buy a new one.

After 3 days freezer iced over to the point of not being able to open it. There is a sixteenth of an inch gap that extends 12 inches long down the side of the freezer door where moisture is seeping in. Compressor is loud and overworked due to moisture. They will pay to replace the door next month but will not replace the unit even though I purchased the warranty. I am stuck with an unusable freezer for another month until the door is in stock and have to unplug it 24hrs in advance of the repair. The hinges at the top rub on both doors. This is an issue that is not possible to notice in the first 48 hrs (which is the time frame of replacement)

I have had this refrigerator for almost 2 months and is terribly noisy. It is sporadic but mostly at night. It sounds sometimes like bees inside, then it switches to a constant murmur, very loud to the point that bedroom doors have to be closed at night or it will disrupt sleep.

The fridge was turned on in our new house on Tuesday May 11th, and about 4 hours after it being plugged in it flooded my kitchen. The ice maker isn't making ice, the water its just pouring the water into the dump bin, and leaking out the ice shoot when the water gets higher than the shoot spout. We haven't even moved into our new home and my kitchen already flooded. We have to wait over a week for a repair tech to even come see the unit. I have never had an issue like this with any other fridge I have owned. Its brand new, just been turned on for the 1st time, and we have an issue.

I bought this refrigerator in February, it is working fine. the problem I have is the foot long small indentation on the right side of the fridge, and a small indentation on the right side door at the top by the hinge. One problem I would like to get resolved is the pointed top outside corners of the two doors. I'm getting scratched by those sharp corners. Can anything be done about those two sharp corns. This my second email on the matter.

This fridge was already installed when we moved in. I definitely would have chosen a different fridge. The freezer is very narrow and the shelves keep falling under normal weight of items. The items lodged in the door shelves fall out when you open the door. The outside look is great and the water and ice machine are good. I like the fridge side alright, but it doesn't have a wide shelf for longer items like I was used to. Not impressed.

Seems like a good fridge, but it feels a little cheap. I'm thinking of the plastic drawers mostly. It was the least expensive one I could find in Stainless steel and water in the door, so you get what you pay for.

The refrigerator is very roomy. The freezer will keep items frozen on setting #1. I don't like the way the top veggie tray seems to make your vegetables or fruit turn bad quickly. The second tray, with the same vegetables and fruit didn't go bad as fast. I didn't read the manuel before stocking the trays so maybe, I did something wrong. The filter will need to be change in 6 months or you won't make any ice or get water from the refrigerator door. Once I got my new filter, I am very happy with my purchase.
