ICE MAKER FLAP BROKEN UPON DELIVERY AND ICE LIGHT DID NOT WORK. BUT GOT IT FIXED AND FRIGIDAIRE IS THE ONLY APPLIAGNCES I BUY AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. MY LAST ONLE LASTED 17 YEARS WITH NO REPAIRS AND DAILY ABUSE.

THIS UNIT DOES NOT WORK! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. I bought one in December and it did not wotk when it was delivered. I had to wait a week for a repair call then another week to order parts. It worked for 2 months before a DIFFERENT part went oiy. 2 more weeks for consult and parts. I was promised a rerplacement but it is not been delivered. Waited one hour on hold to discuss this and was disconnedted. Never aaginb will I usde this brand

The water dispenser on the front is too short; can't put a tall glass or bottle under the dispenser to fill. Light on front does not work. Otherwise, I like this refrigerator.

After 2 years of ownership and LIGHT use. Ice dispenser doesn't work (gear won't turn), water filters are extremely expensive for only filtering 200 gallons, plastic support for glass shelves broke and required replacement, 2 plastic door bins cracked, AND the compressor just died.

I am very upset that I have had my refrigerator for about a little over a year. I had already bought a door bin shelf because they keep falling off and breaking. Now I have to buy 2 more because they fell off and broke, and have the top bin crisper drawer broke as well. NOT sure why they keep breaking but don't overfill them. I just wish they were better.is there any other product of these that are stronger? Tried super glueing them back together it doesn't hold either.

We received a new side by side refrigerator/freezer through a program, and we love the experience. The customer service department were incredibly nice at Aztec Appliance! The fridge keeps our fruits, veggies, dairy and meat fresh for weeks, not days! We are very, no extremely satisfied customers!

Bought this Fridge 6 months ago and we are very happy with its size and shelving. Just recently the ice maker slowed down and hardly made any ice. Wife suggested changing the filter and BINGO the ice maker went full speed ahead! Ice cubes are a good size too. Changing the filter also sped up the water flow on the front too.

The fridge works and has a lot of space.One of the door bins broke as soon as we put something in it, very flimsy cheap plastic.They sent me a free replacementIt has been 20 years since I upgraded to a new fridge and it is surprising how flimsy the doors feel. I doubt this one will last 20 years.

Very proud of this unit. Not only does it work superbly, but it looks beautiful also. Love the roominess inside. Had a similar unit before this one but this one has 3 drawers instead of 2 and some how they™™ve made it with more room. Not a major thing I suppose, but since I have vision problems the halogen light inside makes a great difference. Very pleased.

I purchased this fridge/freezer 2 months ago and love the space and the functionality of the adjustable shelves. The only con so far is that we had to replace the water filter already. I am hoping that was an isolated issue and this one will last the expected 6 months. Great unit for the money.

We have had our fridge about 3 weeks now. I am very pleased with it. It does seem to make more noises and clicking sounds than my old one but I guess just something to get use to. I like how easy the shelves are to adjust. The only thing I have not figured out yet is how to remove the glass shelves that hold up the crisper drawers for cleaning. The freezer is good size and the bin holds quite a bit of extra ice. The only real con I have is the water/ice dispenser seems rather short. It is not tall enough to put a water bottle in and press the bar with the bottle.(Hold bottle at stream use other hand to hold back bar to dispense.) which is a little inconvenient but again something we will get use to.

Overall a Good Buy. Interior of fridge is well laid out. more room in it than our old (same-size) fridge. Plenty of Ice and easy access overall. Less buttons and whistles and less to go wrong.

My newd refrigerator was delivered on 12/30/2020, this particular appliance was defective so it was replaced with another refrigerator on 1/22/2021. I really should have done my homework before purchasing this brand, the service tech informed me that this is a cheap refrigerator, I really don't think paying over a $1000.00 is cheap, not in my book. It is so loud and noisy, it has literally woke me up in the middle of the night. I would not recommend it, do your homework before purchasing this appliance.

We bought this as a present for our son. He is the single father of two and had an old second-hand refrigerator. He needed a new one badly. The one we bought was exactly what he needed. It™™s large enough to hold all the food his family needs and the ice maker with access in the door is perfect for he and the kids to get a quick drink. The refrigerator had all the features that we required and at the right price. We have no regrets with our purchase.

I wasn't sure what I wanted for a new refrigerator. I had the previous one for 19 years. My main focus was getting a White refrigerator as we had just remodeled our kitchen I tried many stores and finally at a local store I found what I wanted. I absolutely love this refrigerator. It has so much room. The draws are large enough to hold everything. The freezer also has so much room. I have never had an ice maker. This was the best . I would highly recommend Frigidaire model number FFSS2615TP4.

Love that the fridge beeps once the door has been open too long. Only issue I have is one shelf in the freezer will not stay and continuously falls out the holes.

I bought it in October and by February it needed a new compressor and hoses. The freezer shelves don™™t fit quite right. The buttons on the front of the fridge are very difficult to push. I™™m afraid I™™m in for a long road of repairs and problems
