I can™™t believe this appliance can break after 3 years. My freezer started making A really loud noise and then stopped working. I had to throw all my food away I am plugged it let it sit for 24 hours and turned it back on then it all worked again for about a week I finally went and bought more groceries and unfortunately the same thing just happened again. I don™™t overstep it I don™™t over use it there™™s no reason that the refrigerator should be going bad in this little amount of time when it was manufactured in 2018.

I purchased this in Aug 2020 when my existing fridge died. The bottom shelf in the fridge door has already broken twice. The last time it completely shattered info sharp pieces. The fridge is also SUPER noisy! I work from home and sit all work day by the fridge and it is constantly making noise. The ice dispenser is always freezing so we have to pull it out and thaw it so the ice doesn't clog up.

I have had this refrigerator for 3 years and it has not worked right since day one. I did everything that was i asked. I had one of their repair men to come to my house at least 3 to 4 times. And when I wanted them to replace it they said I would have to purchase the new refrigerator and they might reimburse me.. Really... I will never own another frigidaire product. I feel this company should replace it and it be the one I want not one just like it

this was new when we moved in. The ice maker had been left on and it was packed with ice. Trying to get help on the phone... over 1 hour! Not impressed. Even this review site is messed up. keeps blocking my view of typing...

Purchased less than three years ago and regretted it ever since. Super loud during cycles, bulbs went out within a year, and now completely broken. Nearly lost a fridge full of food. not buying anything from Frigidaire/Electrolux ever again.

I come from a time when companies made a solid product and stood behind it if it didn't operate as expected. after a little more than 2 years I am on my 2nd service and this one is costing me $400 to replace a damper. If I am investing more than $1000 I expect it to be reliable and high quality. Unfortunately this is not the case and Frigidaire is supporting the product as I would expect they would.

This refrigerator was included with my manufactured home purchase. This is actually a replacement as the other had a defect. This one has a loose tray under water/ice dispenser. It falls off easily

I purchased my refrigerator online and it is everything it said it would be!Love the side by side.Easy to access all items,especially the freezer.Love the water/ice dispenser. Didn't realize that the delivery people wouldn't touch the copper water line. Wish I had known.Bought the new line and was lucky my husband is handy.All in all very satisfied.

I have used a regular size refrigerator my whole life. This side by side is amazing. I have so much room and do not have items falling out. The ice maker and water system in front are easy to use and convenient. Truly have enjoyed it.

When making ice it raddles throughout day .. it also makes a weird click drip noise very loud like really scary. It cools and freezes okay..but the loud noise off of it makes it give it 1 star.

Doors make annoying clicking sound when opening and closing. Is this rubbing on something that will eventually damage the door? Freezer develops frost on front of ice maker near where ice drops through to dispenser. Is there a broken seal? Our old 26 cu ft side-by-side Frigidaire unit lasted almost 17 years. It still worked when we replaced it with this one. New one seems much more cheaply constructed.

I bought this to replace a 16 year old "other brand" that broke down. Even though this refrigerator is brand new, it is an exact carbon copy of the old one in nearly every single way except that the little light doesn't come on when you fill a glass of water. The only problem I have with this unit so far is that it makes a random, faint, phantom clicking noise. As if a fan blade is slowly clicking against something, It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it makes me want to tear the fridge apart to find the noise.

Easy to access temperature controls, an outstanding ice maker/water dispenser, a sleek design, and is also very energy efficient ($75-80 for the year). The height adjustable wheels are a great feature as well -- especially if you happen to be using it at or near an uneven floor space.

The local company we purchased the product did a outstanding job when they delivered the product.After about a week the ice machine was making a very loud noise and ice was not be discharged. So the ice maker needed service because the drive fork that pushed the ice out the chute was bent. The service person was very professional and mentioned that the ice making unit has to be firmly push in to make contact with the drive shaft. Not sure how the ice making unit became loose but not a fan of this design. The service person said he would replace the drive fork but could not tell me when this will happen?The other issue is the lighting inside the unit is not sufficent. The bottom shelfs are very dim and sometimes hard to see what produce are in the drawers.

Bought this as a temporary fix until my kitchen is remodeled. The only real complaint I have is that there is no light in the middle or bottom area. Only 1 light at the very top of fridge that doesn't illuminate pas the 2nd shelf, so you can't see anything in the drawers and even the main bottom shelf is pretty dark. Trying to find a light I can stick in there that comes on when the door is opened and can handle the cold.

Love my new fridge, organization is better than the new fancy ones. I have back problems and I like the fact that I don't have to bend down so much to get our food. The ice maker is also great, we do not have to wait long to get ice like the other fridge we had. Highly recommended.
