Within a few months shelves cracked and drawers broke. Issues with water flow even with brand new water filter. Techs try their best but multiple visits result in no real resolution. Frigidaire also refuses to replace the fridge. The noise is unbelievable. Popping, whirring, screeching and growling noises. Gets worse at night and makes noises that literally make you think someone is trying to break into your house or noises that actually sound like someone already broke in. As time passes, new noises come from the fridge that we haven't heard previously. Not recommended. Wish we didn't get this brand or this model.

The fridge came with my house purchase. I personally abhor loud fridges. This fridge is offensive to my ears while I am in the kitchen with it during its duty cycle and wakes me up from my bedroom during the night. It's too wide for me to fit through some doorways, even with the fridge doors removed. I want to sell it because it's too loud and too big for my needs as a single person who has a healthy, moderate diet. Why is it so hard to develop COMPRESSORLESS (silent) refrigeration?! Please commercialize such tech ASAP if you want my business.

Brought 9 months ago. Ice maker hasn't worked well since day 1. Makes overage of cubes. Fall into freezer. Now avetone smell & cubes taste funny. May have a freon leak. Not well made for only 9 months use. Last Frigidaire was 20 years old when it went out. This was the reason we bought another. Also fewer shelves in fridge & freezer compared to our last Frigidaire. Disappointed with purchase.

I've had the unit for about three months now and have been impressed from day one. I noticed right away at how much longer we could keep produce, it doesn't wilt, or soften half as quickly as or old refrigerator did which saves us some money on our grocery bill. It runs quiet yet super efficient. I really like the little alarm if you keep the door open too long also. We have two other appliances from Frigidaire and couldn't be happier with their performance. We have five children and even with them in and out of the fridge all day it still keeps everything as cool as it's set to.

I bought this piece of crap over 2 weeks ago. Upon testing the water dispenser it began to smoke and completely shut off! Repair man comes out and tells me he needs to order more parts! Instead of just replacing this refrigerator with a new one I™™m stuck having it sit in the dining room while they keep trying to fix it, it™™s already been 2 weeks and now apparently another week or two ! I will never ever ever buy this brand again!

We finally replaced our old refrigerator. Our new one is so much better. More space for the freezer and the refrigerator compartment. The outside icemaker with cube/crushed ice plus filter water makes it perfect for use.

Bought this microwave for our new house. Quit working twice and we had to have the compressor replaced. A little disappointing, but hopefully a fluke. I like the size and configuration of this fridge, so hoping it works well for many years!

We are enjoying the new fridge. There are a few things we are missing, auto light with water dispenser, only has off or on. Also not able to set a glass and let it fill without holding it.....oh well no more overflow messes to clean up. Also wish had an extra shelf in freezer, ice maker takes up a lot of room.

I love this refrigerator, it is roomy and looks great. The racks in the freezer though, they are not secure and fall out easily. I am trying to come up with a fix. The store has not been helpful assisting me with this issue

This frig does what it needs too. There are no frills which is better for repairs but I wish that the outside water and ice panel had a filter sensor on it. It would make knowing when to change out much more efficient. I do however enjoy how many drawers it has but wish it had humidity controls to keep my produce fresher longer. This is not the frig I would have choose for my family but the modular home company gets a great bulk deal. Perfect frig for anyone starting out, apartments/rental units or cabin/vacation homes.

It was time to replace our 20 year old refrigerator. When selecting a new one, we compared many brands feature to feature. In the end, the Frigidaire brand's reputation for quality and reliability was a significant factor in our final choice. It's now installed and working great! We have 5.5 more cubic feet of storage, plus we now have a water and ice dispenser on the door. Those are both wonderful upgrades.The unit that we chose is also a side-by-side design, which allows us to see everything much better. That has made it a lot easier to quickly inventory what we have on hand to know what to add to our grocery list. As a result, we also don't waste as much food that used to get lost way in the back, underneath and out of sight.We love our new Frigidaire refrigerator!

I bought my refrigerator in the clearance section. It wasn't what I really wanted but it was what I could afford. Yes it had some minor dings on it but nothing bad. I asked about how to take the water filter out so the sales rep tried to remove it. You are just suppose to push it in and it pops out. Well it didn't. He then got his manager to try. He couldn't do it either. So they rolled the fridge into the warehouse where they plugged it in. Well, when I went back there maybe 5-8 minutes later those guys were out of breathe. They had to take both covers off of the filter housing to remove it. Yeah they got it out but I don't want to have to move my food out of the way and take the covers off to do that each time I want to change out my filter. I'm pretty disappointed in this. It shouldn't be this difficult to change it. So I think its a faulty water filter holder all the way around and needs to be replaced. Will my extended warranty cover this? Conn's team reached out and said to contact them for service. But when I went to where they said to go, its a service where you have to pay to use. What kind of customer service is this?

It's only been 2 weeks ago since I bought my refrigerator. This will be the first time buying brand new appliances in my life. The experience has been great since I bought the same type of model from Frigidaire. My suggestion is that every new appliance sold should come with cleaning products. This way it would promote Frigidaire products. I found out later that cleaning products were available for my stainless steel refrigerator by Frigidaire. Love my Frigidaire refrigerator.

Frig works but a little noisy. Every time the frig starts up you can hear the start relay energize. The ice machine makes some noise too BUT we do not have kids at home so these noises are more noticeable.

I bought this as part of a appliance package. I'm totally pleased with the refrigerator except for the uneven doors. We had professional appliance installers and they could not adjust doors because the water line was in the way and they were afraid the adjustment screw would damage it.

Love the black stainless color. The refrigerator is great for space, freezer too. The ice maker doesn't stop making ice EVER unless I turn it off. Im constantly picking up ice from my floor and random ice cubes from the freezer itself
